Giorgio Nardone and Stefano Bartoli together again in a live conference open to the public.
After more than 30 years from the publication of the master work "The art of change" written by Paul Watzlawick and Giorgio Nardone, given the critical situation that the human being is experiencing in recent times, the latter has decided to hold a conference together with his closest collaborator Stefano Bartoli to talk about how to best manage changes and avoid being overwhelmed by them.
The two speakers will talk about how to manage yourself and your emotions in times of crisis, how to maintain a high performance when the pressure of stress becomes overwhelming and what are the best strategies to ride the change.
