INTENSIVE COURSE IN PERFORMANCE THERAPEUTIC COMMUNICATION
The Intensive Course in Performative Therapeutic Communication was created to train participants in the learning and application of strategic communication in order to:
- become a skilled expert in strategic communication,
- amplify its therapeutic power,
- maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the intervention,
- being able to create a therapeutic or supportive relationship that promotes change.
The program is based on the learning-by-doing methodology, through exercises that allow students to learn theory through practice and gain hands-on experience in developing their own strategic communication style in the various areas of study. Classes will therefore be held in groups, but the training will be individualized so that each participant can complete the program with a clear understanding of their own resources and a mastery of strategic communication. This will be facilitated by a dedicated instructor who will serve as a valuable communication model to emulate.
The student will reach the end of the Course "knowing how to perform" in Strategic Therapeutic Communication.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
The teaching of Performative Therapeutic Communication involves the analytical study of each technique through practice and the development of communication skills applicable to:
- psychotherapy,
- consultancy,
- psychological support and assistance,
- Rehabilitation for people with psychological blocks that prevent them from achieving individual, family, or work-related goals; therefore, systemic.
Communicating effectively allows professionals to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of clinical strategies, techniques, and intervention strategies, as well as to develop a distinctive, personalized, yet flexible communication style.
Flexibility allows you to best adapt to the problem you're solving and/or goal you're aiming for, and to adapt to the specific needs of the person seeking help.
Refining one's personal communication style, on the other hand, increases the participant's levels of operational awareness, as well as his or her self-confidence.
Effective communication also reduces resistance to change in the individual and the system and facilitates the construction of a therapeutic relationship that is functional to achieving the objective.
The student will complete the course with such an understanding of strategic communication tools that they will be able to apply them even outside of standardized intervention protocols.

STRUCTURE
The Intensive Course in Performative Therapeutic Communication is divided into 7 training days, spread over one Sunday per month, except for the last day which will be held on a Saturday in Arezzo, for a total of 56 hours of classroom training.
The following topics will be covered for each individual module:
- Hypnosis without trance.
- Strategic persuasive communication.
- Verbal communication: strategic dialogue.
- Analogue communication and digital communication.
- Communication in the 4 phases of therapy and resistance to change.
- Communication strategies and stratagems applied to different perceptual-reactive disorders/systems.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
The Intensive Course is open to psychologists, psychotherapists, physicians, and psychiatrists, with a maximum of 20 participants. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Participation requests can be received up to 10 days before the start of the Course.

GEORGE NARDONE Co-founder with Paul Watzlawick of the Strategic Therapy Center in Arezzo, he is internationally recognized for his creativity and methodological rigor, which have allowed him to develop dozens of innovative therapeutic techniques and formulate specific treatment protocols. Some of these have been "best practices" in psychotherapy for decades, such as those for phobic, obsessive-compulsive disorders, and eating disorders. His applied theoretical formulations are considered a true "School of Thought" that inspires scholars and professionals worldwide, in clinical, managerial, artistic, and athletic performance fields. He has lectured and presented his work in over 36 countries to date, and has presented his work in over 36 countries.
SIMONA MILANESE Medical specialist, psychotherapist, coach, official researcher, and lecturer at the School of Specialization in Brief Strategic Psychotherapy and the Masters in Clinical and Management Training at the Strategic Therapy Center in Arezzo. A communications expert, she has been working in healthcare communications for years. She lectures at the Masters in Leadership and Spirituality and the School of Advanced Training in Spiritual Guidance in Illness and Dying (Tuttoèvita Foundation). She is the author and co-author of several publications, translated into several languages.
ELISA BALBI A psychologist and psychotherapist, she provides clinical and consulting services in her offices in Pesaro, where she heads the practice, and in Arezzo at the Strategic Therapy Center directed by Giorgio Nardone, where she is an affiliate, associate researcher, and research supervisor. She is the Supervisor of the School of Specialization in Brief Strategic Psychotherapy and, with Professor Giorgio Nardone, leads the second two-year program of clinical practice training. An international lecturer, trainer, and speaker, she is the co-author of several publications translated into major languages, including: Sailing the Sea Without the Sky's Satisfaction, Short-Term and Long-Term Psychotherapy, Missed Pleasure, and Adolescence in the Balance.
STEFANO BARTOLI Psychologist, psychotherapist, strategic consultant, and international trainer. He is the Operations Director of the Strategic Therapy Center in Arezzo, directed by Giorgio Nardone, a university professor and trainer in Strategic Communication, Problem Solving, and Negotiation in Italy and abroad. He is the co-author of various publications on strategic approaches in clinical, managerial, and personal and interpersonal well-being settings, including "Beyond Yourself," "Pragmatics of Digital Communication," "The Art of Negotiation," "Love What You Do," and "Strategic Decision Making."
ROBERTAMILANESE A psychologist and psychotherapist, she has been an associate researcher at the Strategic Therapy Center, directed by Giorgio Nardone, for 30 years. She teaches at the School of Specialization in Brief Strategic Psychotherapy in Arezzo, the Master's Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, and the School of Specialization in Clinical Psychology at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart (UNICATT) in Milan. For years, she has been an international trainer of the strategic model in advanced clinical and managerial master's programs in Italy and abroad. She is the author and co-author of sixteen books on the strategic approach, translated into various languages, including: The Wounded Mind, Anger, The Revenge of Weak Points, The Eclipse of Hope, and Strategic Decision Making.
